Specifications

The moped is equipped with a 4-stroke single-cylinder air-cooled engine. The engine displacement is 48 cc, compression ratio is 9.0. It is recommended to use A-92, A-95 gasoline as fuel. Fuel is transferred by a SHENGWEY, PZ12J carburetor. Air filtration occurs through a special air filter made of polyurethane foam. The ignition system consists of: a switch (brand ZHONGGANG, type 210000); ignition coils (ZHONGGANG brand, type 220000) and spark plugs (NHSP LD brand, type A6RTC1).

To minimize exhaust gas emissions, the exhaust and purification system is represented by one LC-3A resonant type muffler. The role of transmission on a moped is performed by a manual 4-speed gearbox located in the same block with the engine. A chain is used as the main gear, and the clutch is multi-plate in an oil bath.

Yamaha Aerox R

The device is characterized by a remarkable and stylish design in red color, and the same attractive technical characteristics, they will definitely not leave you aside from this device!

Approximate cost: 150,000 rubles.

pros

  • easy to manage;
  • comfortable while driving;
  • water cooling;
  • tuning possibilities.

Minuses

  • single;
  • The stock brakes are not very grippy.

This scooter is rightfully considered the most expensive and high-quality at the same time. I have never seen so many tuning possibilities anywhere, the design is also worth attention! Designed for sports, street racing, and looks like lightning frozen in the air. Looks great! The engine is at least 50 cubic meters, but it is high-torque, picks up right from the bottom and quickly picks up speed. The build quality is excellent and works flawlessly. I recommend!

LIFAN LF50QT-26

A bright and colorful scooter will definitely lift your spirits and will not leave you without explosive emotions after the trip. The technical characteristics, as well as the design, are excellent, let's take a closer look.

The average price for this device is 40,000 rubles.

pros

  • air cooling;
  • acceleration is fast and without overloads;
  • low fuel consumption;
  • small in size and lightweight.

Minuses

  • tires are too narrow;
  • noisy suspension.

For a long time I was looking for a moped or scooter on the Internet, and finally I came across something interesting. The presented characteristics surprised me, I decided to buy it. Of course, riding a scooter is significantly different from a car and a moped; at first it was unusual, but after a month it became familiar. One minus about scooters is that they are noisy. This scooter is quite nice, it reaches more speed than some mopeds, the fuel consumption is low, I filled the tank and rode it for about 2 weeks every day. I bought this scooter and felt unchildish feelings. I advise you to buy it, you won’t regret it!

Honda Dio AF34

A small scooter that will not leave anyone indifferent! Blue color, attractive design and excellent technical characteristics are the secret of the popularity of this product.

Wildlife conservationists, cool down! Not a single rare animal was harmed. In fact, the main ingredients of the dish are... a cat and a snake.

Do you know how this little motorcycle reminded me of the secrets of Chinese cuisine? Yes, because it is prepared according to the same recipe. We change the tiger for a cat (that is, “liter” - for 125 cm³), the dragon - for a snake (instead of an aluminum “diagonal” - something openwork, but painted “silver”).

Although the car has sportbike pretensions, in terms of handling it is still better to compare it with a classic scooter. If the “classic” has perfect controllability literally from 0.1 km/h, then the experimental one is stable only “under gas”. But having already picked up speed, it prescribes the trajectory as if according to a pattern. Even if its “maximum speed” is a ridiculous 85 km/h (however, in the technical data there is a significant “at least 85 km/h”), but at highway junctions you don’t have to slow down! And turning around on a narrow road is not difficult.

There are no adjustments for the suspensions (there is not even spring preload). When driving with a passenger, the instructions recommend... increasing the tire pressure. But the pump is not included with the device! I had to go into the garage... No, guys, don’t confuse tire pressure with suspension stiffness! The rear shock absorber is already “soft”, but when riding together, it seems to strive to collapse to the limit. But the dynamics (forgive me for using this word in relation to a 125 cc car) practically do not suffer: here the “short” gears turned out to be beneficial.

Appearance, design features

The design of the moped is quite simple and meets modern standards. The instrument panel is ergonomic and contains: a fuel gauge, a speedometer, turn signal indicators, and a toggle switch for switching between high and low beams. In front you can see a headlight to illuminate the road at night. To ensure a controlled position of the moped on the road, mirrors are installed on the sides of the steering wheel. You can park the moped using a comfortable foot.

One of the main advantages of this moped is its efficiency. Fuel consumption per 100 km does not exceed 2.8 liters. When driving around the city, consumption does not exceed 1.5 l / 100 km. In addition, the Zid Lifan 50 05 moped is very “soft”. This means that the suspension system reliably softens the ride over various uneven surfaces. In front and behind, one might say, the spring-hydraulic shock absorbers work like a charm. The braking system consists of a front disc and drum brake mechanism and a rear drum brake with a mechanical foot drive. To conclude the description of this wonderful moped, I would like to say about the high level of practicality: using the front rack you can transport bulky items of light weight. Thus, this moped is perfect for everyday riding, picnic or fishing trips, and mini-trips to the country.

Flaws:

  1. Small fuel tank volume.
  2. Factory lighting equipment may work intermittently.
  3. Rearview mirrors need to be adjusted because visibility is initially poor.

In general, the Lifan lf50q 2 moped is a pretty good option in its price category. Easy to operate, maneuverable, performs well in off-road conditions. It has a reliable engine with good performance. This is a great option for a beginner due to its low cost, excellent handling and metal body.

So, purring to myself: “It’s a sportbike, baby – just add water,” I sit down. The feeling is unique! I’m used to, you know, this... the lower part of the body is covered - either by the gas tank, the headlight, the steering column... But here the headlight is located almost below the knees, the upper cross-beam along with it is somewhere below, only the halves of the steering wheel rise high (clip -ons, etit). However, the fit is quite comfortable, there are no complaints about ergonomics. Unless stylish mirrors are located on such short legs that you can only see your own shoulders in them. Well, that’s how it’s supposed to be for sportbikes. But a sportbike easily moves forward from the flow and its driver has no need to look back, but on this machine you are intensely scanning with your back (especially on the highway): who is overtaking? Who will push you to the curb now?

I pull out the choke and press the starter button. The engine immediately responds with a bass roar. Before moving off, you have to warm it up - about five minutes. I get underway and discover that the creators of the car decided to give it the character of a sportbike, at least in first gear: it just jumps forward! True, when you release the gas, it instantly “sticks”; if it were front-wheel drive, it would perform a “stoppie”!

Lifan LF125–26D

The taste is, as Raikin used to say, Spützfitz. By the way, what is it - a motorcycle or a scooter? Meat or vegetables? One authoritative English publication recently staged a whole discussion: what is the difference between a motorcycle and a scooter? After all, the old criteria (wheel size, presence of linings, placement of the power unit) do not work: on some maxi-scooters, the engine is not even under the seat, which until recently was considered the most reliable feature of a scooter.

In the end, the British found a decisive parameter: if, while sitting on a car, you can bring your knees together, there is a scooter under you. If you can't, it's a motorcycle. This is the moment of truth! We sit down... knees touch! So this means it’s still a scooter, or rather a scooterette?

When you write about the suspension of inexpensive devices, so as not to offend anyone, you usually limit yourself to a radiant hint: “They exist!” But Lifan not only has them, but copes with their tasks with dignity. We had to drive much more famous and expensive vehicles, which shamefully gave in to our potholes. And the Chinese “dragonfly” cheerfully flies over potholes without shattering your spine into your underpants. Specifically, for the sake of interest, I tried to drive through speed bumps. You don’t even need to stand up on the steps: the device cheerfully clangs with its hardware and, it seems, even plays along with its frame. By the way, detective: the instructions say that the rear shock absorber is with hydraulics, and the front fork is without it. But it feels exactly the opposite! The fork handles all unevenness flawlessly, but the rear monoshock absorber at high speed after passing any asphalt “wave” frightens with swaying.

Advantages:

  1. Low cost of acquisition and operation.
  2. High load capacity. With a dry weight of 82 kg, the moped can transport loads up to 135 kg. In other words, two people can safely ride a moped.
  3. A convenient, roomy trunk allows you to transport luggage, as well as constantly have a supply of fuel with you.
  4. The abundance of metal parts allows you not to worry about the appearance of the vehicle if it falls. In addition, they are resistant to corrosion.
  5. Reliable engine.
