In the city, consumption is generally a strange thing. On the first one, you drag for a long time in traffic jams, like a skylight - you shoot. And the average consumption in the city is measured as calm movement (and not crawling through traffic jams) within the limits of the permitted traffic rules in the city of speed with rare stops at conventional traffic lights. At a minimum, the air vent, spark plugs, is the muffler clogged, etc. But such consumption does not look at all critical in the city and cannot clearly indicate some kind of malfunction.
