The snowmobile is often used by professional hunters and fishermen, as well as those who work in harsh conditions, again due to the reliability of the machine and the availability (both in terms of search and cost) of the necessary spare parts. In addition to performing household tasks, Buran AD/ADE is an almost indispensable assistant in organizing sports and public events of the highest level. For such purposes, the snowmobile is equipped with special additional equipment, with which it lays various types of ski slopes. Buran consumes 92 gasoline, the engine is quite noisy, but very economical. Unfortunately, the dashboard only has a speedometer, but I would also like a tachometer... We decided to save money on something, so to speak. The Buran 4T snowmobile rides smoothly on any road - packed snow or loose surface. The steering is clear and predictable, but turning the steering wheel requires a noticeable effort, especially at high speeds.
• Vasily, Krasnoyarsk. Buran 4T/4TD is a universal Russian snowmobile, it’s like a tractor! – it is so off-road and not afraid of loose and deep snow. If I had not noticed in time (before leaving), then the lower part of the gearbox would have broken, and then the chain itself. This is a very serious problem, in which case I would probably have stayed for a long time somewhere in the taiga, where there was not a single soul. Overall, the snowmobile is not bad, but it needs to be serviced regularly, or just checked for possible problems. In my opinion, it would be better if the manufacturer made the lower part of the gearbox from a more durable and lightweight material - for example, aluminum. Then the above problem might not exist.

In the city, consumption is generally a strange thing. On the first one, you drag for a long time in traffic jams, like a skylight - you shoot. And the average consumption in the city is measured as calm movement (and not crawling through traffic jams) within the limits of the permitted traffic rules in the city of speed with rare stops at conventional traffic lights. At a minimum, the air vent, spark plugs, is the muffler clogged, etc. But such consumption does not look at all critical in the city and cannot clearly indicate some kind of malfunction.
