I decided to take this particular model, and overall I am pleased with it. It is capable of driving not only on well-worn roads, but also on loose snow. The car confidently overcomes deep snowdrifts, and at the same time accelerates well. The durable suspension can be adjusted depending on the degree of stiffness, but I prefer the comfortable mode, in which the car rides very softly and absorbs all the bumps. After three months of use, no special problems were found. The main disadvantages are the clumsy steering wheel and large mass, but there are no skids and the car holds the road well.

Over the year of using this snowmobile, I became convinced that the Arctic Cat 2000 XT snowmobile is a good workhorse, also suitable for family trips, adventures, recreation, fishing, hunting, etc. The machine is light and quite passable, but consumes a lot of fuel. Because of this, you have to carry a whole can of gasoline with you - at least it’s good to have somewhere to put it. Thanks to the wide tracks, you can overcome any obstacles without fear of the snowmobile tipping over or turning over. After all, a wide track improves directional stability. The engine is quite noisy and at high speeds produces vibrations that transfer to the steering column and even the driver's seat. There is tolerable discomfort. Perhaps these are the only serious shortcomings. I was pleased with the large carrying capacity - you can transport about 500 kg of cargo, and there will be no problems with this.

I looked exclusively at proven brands, since I am not a jack of all trades, and for me the main thing is reliability, comfort and ease of use. As they say, I sat down and went - this is about me, and so that there are no worries. But unfortunately, this only happens in fairy tales, and I was convinced of this personally. Despite the seller's recommendations for choosing an Arctic Cat 2000 snowmobile, I ran into serious trouble. After a month of use (everything was fine at first), the car suddenly stalled. I tried to start it both manually and with an electric starter - it didn’t help. In short, I was stuck in the wilderness, and there was no way to even call a tow truck. Somehow I dragged the car on my own, but I put a lot of effort on my back - after all, the device is very heavy. The service identified a problem with the starting system and fixed it under warranty. So far, such couriers have not appeared again, I still use the car. It handles and brakes well, and can carry three people with a light load.
