Kawasaki KVF 750 Brute Force – a progressive and modern development originally from Japan
JAPANESE DESIGN The ATV's classic steel rigid duplex frame houses a 749cc, 90-degree V-twin engine. cm and power 50 l. With. A few years ago it received new cylinder heads with new camshafts, which increased the compression ratio and improved torque in the lower rev range. Japanese engineers also reconfigured the fuel injection system and updated the firmware of the engine control systems.
Surprisingly, the KVF is equally good both off-road and on high-speed dirt roads.
During the next planned revision, the KVF 750 was equipped with a new larger radiator, and the expansion tank was moved to a niche near the front wheel. The engine is complemented by a transmission with all-wheel drive, a reduction range in the CVT and a locking front cross-axle differential with manual drive. The bright yellow lever for turning it on is located above the brake lever on the left side of the steering wheel. When overcoming serious obstacles, it is enough to press it with your index finger and continue moving. To unlock the differential you just need to release your finger. Another interesting feature of the Brute Force design: the air filter is located in the cleanest possible place - under a special plastic cover near the steering column of the ATV. And air intake for the engine is made directly under the seat, which significantly increases the vehicle’s maneuverability when crossing water obstacles. The steering system is equipped with an adaptive electric power steering EPS, which significantly dampens all irregularities under the wheels of this car. The KVF 750 has independent multi-link suspensions with five-stage adjustment of the spring preload of the front and rear shock absorbers. The front travel is 169 mm, the rear – 190.
The Brute Force's suspensions are of a traditional "scrap" design - independent
There is even a spare power fuse included at the factory.
Thanks to this arrangement of the air filter, there is no need to be afraid of deep fords.
The front cross-axle differential locking lever is located... on the steering wheel!
The car has a well-designed stock underbody protection
The dashboard is boring, but quite informative
A PLEASANT SURPRISE In general, although the Brute Force boasts pleasant and interesting solutions like the locking lever and the location of the air filter, at first glance it still seems like the most banal Japanese ATV. But sea trials showed that this is not entirely true! An updated engine, variator settings and, perhaps, some Japanese magic unknown to me make this all-terrain vehicle quite angry and sharp. Despite the modest 50 horsepower, the KVF 750 drives no worse than its larger cubic brethren in the flagship class. We did not carry out special measurements, but the “Japanese” feels not much inferior to the liter Canadian and Japanese models. The power plant is simply superb. “Kvadrat” reacts very sensitively to manipulations with the gas trigger and, at every opportunity, launches a three-hundred-kilogram car into a controlled side drift. But in every barrel of honey there is sure to be a drop of bitter machine oil. The car's simple and unsightly suspension does not at all correspond to the cocky nature of its power plant. If you drive, as they say, with all your money, then they simply will not have time to work off all the obstacles encountered under the wheels. So to use the Japanese fighter in country and rally racing, its suspension will have to be modified. The second rather significant drawback that I would like to note is the overly intrusive operation of the power steering. At high speeds, there is practically no feedback on the steering wheel and the driver may well make a fatal mistake when piloting. But if you install a competent suspension system on the Brute Force, invigorate the power plant a little more and turn off EPS, then the KVF 750, especially considering its cost, may well become a real competitor to the sports models of Polaris and Can-Am. Also, in fairness, I would like to note that if you have the “correct” mud tires, the stock Kawasaki becomes almost all-climbable.
Thanks to its excellent powertrain, Kawasaki easily competes with larger ATVs
In general, taking into account global currency conflicts and the depreciation of the ruble, this Japanese ATV may turn out to be a very attractive acquisition that will allow its owner to truly enjoy the full range of off-road all-wheel drive leisure. After all, the potential of this car is enough for both tourist adventures and amateur sporting events of almost any level.

REVIEW – KAWASAKI Brute Force 750 4x4i EPS ATV 2021 – fighting brute
KAWASAKI has updated its sport-utility ATV to further live up to its name. After all, Brute Force is “brute force”! Let's take a closer look at it.
The muscular KAWASAKI Brute Force 750 4x4i EPS offers Electric Power Steering (EPS), a powerful V-twin engine, four-wheel independent suspension, six-spoke alloy wheels and a robust body. Its strength, convenient dimensions, plenty of power, dual-range switchable all-wheel drive and highly maneuverable chassis provide excellent traction, handling and overall utility.
Electronic power steering KAWASAKI Brute Force 750 4x4i EPS
Lightweight and highly efficient Electric Power Steering (EPS) helps the KAWASAKI Brute Force 750 provide effortless handling and outstanding driver comfort. Turning the steering wheel sends a command to the electric power steering control unit, activating this auxiliary mechanism. The processor checks input from the speed and steering sensors to determine the appropriate amount of additional force required from the system's electric motor. At low speeds and in place, the amplifier's performance is fully evident; Assist decreases as vehicle speed increases to maintain predictable handling.
In the photo: KAWASAKI Brute Force 750 4x4i is not afraid of any obstacles
Electric power steering improves driving quality and control by acting as a damper. When the ATV moves in a straight line, the inertia of the electric motor acts as a steering stabilizer, significantly reducing wobble and kickback in the steering wheel when driving over large obstacles. The entire steering assembly is located so that the lower part of the steering shaft is not connected directly to the front differential housing: the steering wheel simply will not be knocked out of the rider's hands by a sharp blow from the suspension. The movement of the differential when pressing the gas in 4x4 mode also does not affect the steering unit and, accordingly, does not interfere with control.
Engine KAWASAKI Brute Force 750 4x4i EPS
The Brute Force 750 4x4i EPS four-stroke petrol engine, fuel-injected 90-degree V-twin, sounds powerful and aggressive. This is not just a utilitarian ATV: the engine has enough responsive power at its disposal to surprise all competition rivals. The ATV engine pulls well even from low speeds, and in low gear it is generally capable of moving mountains. And at least get you out of any, even the most impassable mud. Also quite good at handling crazy climbs, no matter which one its pilot ventures into.
The two cylinders are filled via 36mm throttle valves controlled by a 32-bit processor. Digital Fuel Injection (DFI®) monitors coolant temperature, incoming air temperature and pressure, throttle opening, ATV speed and crankshaft position to ensure the optimal fuel mixture. The result is very precise fuel delivery and crisp engine response, making the Brute Force 750 a hit with athletes.
Such operation of the fuel system and the ignition system of the ATV has a good effect on the service life of the engine (longer service intervals) and fuel gluttony. Despite the greater engine power, ease of throttle control helps the rider get less tired. This is achieved by using ball bearings and a lightweight return spring in the throttle grip.
In the photo: KAWASAKI Brute Force 750 4x4i is ready for use in any terrain
The large engine cooling radiator is located high in the chassis to keep it well protected from dirt and debris. Smart fan control electronics will prevent the system from overheating even in difficult conditions.
Chassis KAWASAKI Brute Force 750 4x4i EPS
Stylish six-spoke cast aluminum wheels are lighter and stiffer than conventional stamped ones, allowing you to better read the road and increase confidence on difficult terrain. High-quality wheels fitted with aggressive tires give the KAWASAKI Brute Force 750 9.4 inches (approximately 24 cm) of ground clearance and show off all the impressive power of the V-twin engine.
Two-wheel drive or four-wheel drive can be switched by simply pressing a button on the steering wheel. In AWD mode, the Brute Force 750 4x4i EPS uses a limited slip differential to maintain steering response and reduce steering effort. The rider can control the power sent to the front wheels by the KAWASAKI Variable Front Differential Control using a small lever on the left handlebar. This is a definite advantage when traversing deep mud, slippery inclines, large logs or rocks.
The fully automatic dual-range continuously variable transmission (CVT) is well protected and has an air duct that is very effective in preventing water and dirt from entering it. Essentially, this is a CVT with a low gear for particularly difficult driving conditions (steep climbs, fords, large stones).
The front drive shafts of the KAWASAKI Brute Force 750 4x4i have universal joints. Like U-joints (a special type of drive joint used particularly in heavy construction equipment), U-joints help absorb torque fluctuations on the drive shaft, and the lightweight design helps reduce vibration. The ATV's small and compact rear gearbox and sealed rear braking system are extremely durable and effective.
Brake system KAWASAKI Brute Force 750 4x4i EPS
As an integrated part of the drive, the rear brake system is located in the aluminum swingarm, where it operates in an oil bath. This protects the brake from dirt, dust and debris and requires virtually no maintenance. The compact size also provides greater ground clearance than a conventional rear disc brake system. The closed rear brake and dual front brake discs can stop the Brute Force 750 4x4i almost instantly. KAWASAKI Engine Brake Control is an addition to the braking system that helps provide effective engine braking when going downhill.
Frame KAWASAKI Brute Force 750 4x4i EPS
The KAWASAKI Brute Force 750 4x4i EPS features a strong tubular steel frame with reinforcements in key areas such as the front wishbone brackets, rear stabilizer mounts, engine mounts and footrest, resulting in optimal handling over rough terrain and impressive durability.
The frame's ability to absorb the shock of sporty riding on challenging surfaces makes it easier to maintain high speeds in a wide range of conditions.
The front suspension features shock absorbers mounted at an optimal angle between the upper and lower wishbones to help minimize sag and provide higher ground clearance once the rider gets on the ATV.
The front suspension has adjustable shock absorbers with 6.7 inches (170 mm) of travel and works in conjunction with an independent wishbone rear suspension that provides 7.5 inches (195 mm) of travel.
The combination of needle bearings and ball joints in the lower wishbones gives the independent rear suspension unparalleled response, enhancing stability and rider comfort.
In the photo: on the KAWASAKI Brute Force 750 4x4i ATV you can travel where there are no roads
In addition to the action of the soft suspension, the rider's seat is filled with polyurethane foam, which provides support and helps reduce fatigue even after long hours on the move.
Sitting high, looking far, the upright, comfortable position helps the rider stay in the saddle better, control the Brute Force 750 4x4i comfortably, have a clear view of the surroundings and a large, easy-to-read automotive-style instrument panel. The front rack has grippy handles for pushing a stuck ATV out of the trap.
Body KAWASAKI Brute Force 750 4x4i EPS
The durable and stylish ATV body is made from durable thermoplastic olefin (TPO). The hood, fenders, bumper and headlight covers are all carefully designed pieces that are large, comfortable and durable. Other design features include dual wide-angle 35-watt headlights that help provide excellent illumination for night trips, and a convenient enclosed storage compartment large enough to hold two bottles: approximately 470 ml (16 oz).
The large 18.9 liter (5 gallon) fuel tank is located under the seat to keep the center of gravity as low as possible. To reduce weight, the aluminum running boards are surrounded by durable, full-length composite platforms.
Cargo capabilities of KAWASAKI Brute Force 750 4x4i EPS
Sturdy luggage racks have reliable and easy-to-use hooks for securing cargo with straps. These racks can support a total of 110 kg (242 lbs) of cargo, making them more than ready to carry supplies, tools and/or camping and competition gear. Under this rugged body there is space designed for quick and easy winch installation.
The KAWASAKI Brute Force 750 4x4i EPS can also tow a trailer weighing up to 567 kg (1,250 lbs) and all it requires is a standard hitch ball. In addition, there is a waterproof box and a special storage pocket in the left and right front fenders. Owners can also expand the versatility of the Brute Force with a variety of genuine accessories available through authorized KAWASAKI dealers.
The ATV is available in various color options: KAWASAKI Brute Force 750 4x4i EPS camouflage (Camo), with scratch-resistant coating and black wheel rims; KAWASAKI Brute Force 750 4x4i EPS blue (Vibrant Blue); KAWASAKI Brute Force 750 4x4i EPS Black (Super Black), with unique graphics and high-gloss silver finish on the cast aluminum wheels.

A four-wheeled, fully charged motor vehicle is no longer just a “toy”, but a tool for expressing your alter ego. All preparations in the forge of the BTR tuning center have long become almost an intimate process. They trust us not just with equipment, people give a part of themselves, wanting to become stronger and more militant. For the uninitiated, off-roading will always be a heap of mud, but only off-road warriors know that true freedom is hidden in the thick of the swamps and sand.

Each owner approaches tuning his quad in his own way. The improvement process can take several months, or even longer. The reason is necessity; initially you need to understand what exactly is needed, because every add-on for an ATV is supported by a clear argument for its future use. But this is only one option; it happens that a client, having extensive experience, wants to upgrade his equipment to the fullest.

At the beginning, conventional wheels are replaced with cast aluminum ones from ITP. They are good not only for their strength and lightness, but also for the presence of beadlocks. “Taking off your shoes” somewhere in a swamp is not a very bright prospect, why not immediately eliminate such an inconvenience.

Understanding all the beauty and intensity of cross-country travel, there is no time to be distracted by constant jolts, bounces and impacts. Replacing your standard ATV shocks with professional Elka shocks allows you to focus on having fun. Installing an Elka damper will not only give the driver confidence, but will also protect the athlete’s hands from being knocked out when the ATV collides with obstacles.

The paths of an ATV rider are inscrutable, including swamps, mud, and river fords, so preparedness is one of the attributes of success. Unlike installing a snorkel for a car, an ATV requires a little different attention. In addition to sealing the engine, a snorkel is also installed for the variator. Air enters its sealed casing through a special channel, cools the parts and exits through the outlet channel. In order for the variator to “breathe” when the car dives deep into the water, both the inlet and outlet channels are connected to the atmosphere through snorkels. They are displayed upward in front of the steering wheel. Their height depends on how seriously the Quad driver intends to “swim”.
0
It’s hard to doubt the seriousness of off-roading. Great importance is always attached to the safety of the driver and the equipment itself. A great way to protect your hands is with Moose protection, and you can cover the “belly” of the “quad” with a shell from the company Ricochet. Now the tie rods are completely safe.

Not long ago, a very good light from the company VisionX appeared in Ukraine. Similar things are installed on NASA's lunar rovers. Since the BTR tuning center is the official dealer of these products in Ukraine, each client can choose the best option for high-quality light. Such lamps have a lot of advantages, but the main thing is that such an LED panel from VisionX floods the space in front of the vehicle with uniform white light, which is very important. This time we are installing the Xmitter LED 20 panel.
0
This is followed by modernizations aimed at increasing the comfort and functionality of the ATV. The all-season use of such equipment means that it must be equipped with special heating. This is an addition from Moose - heated handles and seats. The set includes a special control panel for temperature control.

On the front of the quad there is a reinforced bumper with a receiver. A Viair compressor is connected to it, which pumps up to 10 atmospheres. A winch with a Kevlar cable is hidden behind the bumper. The cable itself is passed through the ComeUp hawse. The radiator is located here, on the front part. This will allow it to heat up less and not become clogged with grass and dirt, as it would be if it remained in its original place.
0
And finally, a few things: Install Pen lock - it makes it easier to control the ATV, eliminating the need to constantly hold the lock lever pressed. Wheel arch extensions are designed to protect against flying stones and branches from under the new, wider wheels. Rubber weapon holders and a huge QB case that will protect the contents from water and dust.

Kawasaki tuning is completed, but during competitions or trophy raids, it is worth remembering that all these upgrades account for only 10% of success, everything else depends only on the driver and his professionalism.
