But the Irbis’s brakes leave much to be desired - if the front disc brake is even more or less effective, although it lacks information content, then the mechanical drum on the rear wheel of the Irbis is practically useless. And with its “help” it’s easy to lock the rear wheel. Conclusion - the rear brake on the Irbis VR 1 model remains as an auxiliary one. They can slow down, but you shouldn't count on it.
