Almost all of the components of the Stels 700 Dinli ATV are provided by the Taiwanese manufacturer Dinli, which is precisely indicated in the name of the model. The assembly of this ATV is carried out at the Zhukovsky Motorcycle Plant, located near the city of Bryansk. It should be noted that in addition to assembly, this company also produces frames for assembled machines. Currently, the plant produces many plastic parts and aluminum castings. In addition, at the production stage of the ATV, modernization is carried out taking into account Russian operating conditions. Thus, the reliability of products for the Russian consumer was increased.
In 2010, some changes began to be observed in the Stealth 700 Dingli model, namely the frame and the mounting points for the levers were strengthened. Durable plastic was installed on the footboards, which has increased resistance to low temperatures. The air intakes that capture air for the CVT have been raised by 75 millimeters. Shock absorbers with remote reservoirs appeared on the suspension struts. In addition, the new shock absorbers are adjustable for rebound, compression and preload. Accidental engagement of the locking front differential has been completely eliminated due to special protection. The maximum configuration of this ATV includes a cage, a winch and MAXXIS Big Horn tires with alloy wheels.
It should be noted that the Stels 700 Dinli model is one of the most powerful ATVs available in the Stels utilitarian line. The seat of the model is designed for two people. Initially, the ATV was developed mainly for outdoor activities, including off-road driving. However, the capabilities of the technology also allow it to be used when performing any work, for example, towing cargo. The ATV is equipped with a gasoline power unit with a displacement of 694 cubic meters. The engine allows you to reach a maximum speed of 110 kilometers per hour, which is a pretty good indicator for such equipment. The engine is protected from overheating by a liquid cooling system. Also standard on the model is a cardan drive, when many other models use a chain drive, LCD display and alloy wheels.
The ATV can travel a fairly long distance, and this is facilitated not only by the efficiency of the engine, but also by the spacious, 20-liter fuel tank. The front and rear suspension are independent, equipped with two wishbones made of aluminum. The model has a reliable disc brake system.

Reviews
- The Stealth 700 Dinli ATV was purchased back in 2010. The mileage on the model was small, only 450 kilometers. There was only one owner. After adjusting and replacing some minor elements I decided to take it for a ride. The first trip was wonderful, as were the rest. After that, my friends and I drew up a route of 139 kilometers. But as it turned out, this was a strong test of the ATV. At the end of our run, many malfunctions and breakdowns were identified. The wings were cracked from tree branches, the differential lock began to fail badly, the muffler became loose, and the variator began to creak. All this had to be replaced, which hit the pocket hard. Later I sold this quadric completely because the maintenance was too expensive and the reliability left much to be desired.
- I recently bought a new Dinley 700. I drove it for about 110 kilometers and encountered one very unpleasant problem: when starting it when cold, there is an unpleasant sound of a chain clanking against the housing on the left side of the engine. The engine itself runs very unstable for some time and tends to stall. I contacted my friends about this issue, and it turned out that chain sounds are a common problem, since the tensioner does not create the necessary tension. The second problem was solved by adjusting the fuel system. As long as the ATV is in good working order, it is quite excellent, but when breakdowns begin, this is where all the difficulties come. I would like to note that other models seem to be easier in terms of maintenance.
Stels Dinli 700 ATV test
The Bryansk ATV Stels ATV 700, model 2009, was tested in the summer on mountain trails and in shallow clayey streams. In some ways he pleased and even surprised.
The manufacturer learned about the test results, all the pros and cons, first-hand, from off-road enthusiasts. Representatives quickly responded to all comments about the 2009 model. On January 1, 2010, the Stels ATV 700D with the prefix 2010 was launched into production. Changes were made to the frame design, CVT air intake and standard equipment. In front there is now a “knuckle bar” and a powerful winch. The suspension has springs with three-stage preload and shock absorbers with rebound-compression adjustment. Maxxis Zila tires replaced with Big Horn ones. What was a pleasant surprise was that the price for the Stels ATV 700D with a fairly generous package remained the same.
Stels ATV 700D test , without waiting for the summer, on the first copies of the new model. , the Stels ATV 700D 2010 was tested for survival in the harsh conditions of the Russian winter for several days in a row The plastic running boards were the first to fail. In cold weather of -25°, the material changes its physical properties, becomes brittle and easily breaks. In the subsequent Stels ATV 700D 2010, the manufacturer promised to add a frost-resistant component to the plastic running boards. This will increase the reliability of the part in the cold.
The 700cc Dinli carburetor engine starts well in cold weather. The main thing is not to forget to turn on the forced enrichment, also known as “suction”. automatic enricher on the Stels ATV 700D 2010. The power unit provides sufficient power and torque. The ATV through half a meter of snow without failures or straining, even in high gear. Due to its design features, the engine operates harshly, like most single-cylinder engines. When the speed drops to idle, the red oil control lamp lights up on the instrument panel, and more than once. The brand representative suggested we ignore it, so we did so. We were very enthusiastic about testing the capabilities of the updated suspension. The organizers prepared an excellent track with three artificial obstacles. Stels ATV 700 2010 lands adequately after falling from a springboard, softly, but without breakdowns or swaying. In the field at a speed of 40-50 km/h, unexpected handling problems appeared.
Crossing the broken rut, there was a feeling that the ATV wanted to get rid of the rider, reacting too sensitively to the surface profile. It is possible to get rid of this unpleasant and dangerous syndrome by changing the settings of the springs and shock absorbers. The force on the steering wheel, unfortunately, remains a bit heavy. In all-wheel drive, it is not easy to hold the steering wheel in the extreme position. The appearance of Stels ATV 700 ATV gives the impression of a real SUV, but not an athlete. A wide trunk made of pipes at the front and rear allows for the placement of huge suitcases with equipment. The passenger backrest with adjustment seems foreign. The rear wings on both sides have compartments for small luggage. In winter, you can put a helmet cover or extra gloves there. They may be needed; there are no heated grips. A rubber mesh should hold things in the compartments. The compartments are not protected from precipitation, snow and dust. Turn signals are located under the headlights. They can be confused with additional fog lights. This arrangement will save the direction indicators from accidental damage, but their visibility is limited.
After two hours of testing, the Stels ATV 700 2010 showed one significant flaw. Snow accumulates under the seat in the electrical compartment and air filter housing. The air purifier becomes wet and no longer provides the engine with the required amount of air. As a result, the ATV stopped working. Perhaps difficult weather conditions during testing provoked this malfunction; large flakes of snow fell continuously. Skilled mechanics deftly brought the equipment into operation. We dried the filter housing, changed filters and spark plugs. They promised to constructively eliminate this deficiency in the very near future. Now there is no reason to call the Stels ATV 700D 2010 model flawless. Summer and winter tests revealed seasonal “diseases” of the ATV . The manufacturer kept its promise to correct the defects based on the results of the summer test. Plus I added several useful items to the standard package. Perhaps we can believe that the 2010 model will go on sale already modified based on the results of the winter test. The ability to select an ATV based on its technical characteristics is offered by leading and well-established global brands. New manufacturers provide the opportunity to select equipment at a price. It's nice to understand that, in addition to affordability, the manufacturer of the Stels ATV 700D 2010 offers an evolutionary product. Constantly adapting and improving the model. Constantly updated models have one common drawback - spare parts for the new one may not fit the previous versions. The manufacturer is familiar with this problem. All changes, modifications and replacements of components are carried out only with the condition of their interchangeability.

The tests begin
The very first day of the quad ride allowed us to test the driving characteristics of the DINLI 700 in three elements at once: in the mountains, on the water and, finally. on the cross track. We started “killing” the quadric at the training ground - we put it “on the goat” and drove a fairly long section of the road. The quadric also felt great on the two side wheels. The next test for the ATV was overcoming a powerful water obstacle, the ATV was flooded “up to its ears”, not all like-minded brothers can cope with this. The power allowed the rear wheels to slip not only from a standstill, but also while driving.
Summary
Why did DINLI’s closest competitor still come from an ATV with a five hundred cc engine, and not the “Japanese” mentioned above and similar in cubic capacity? The reason is simple - the price of the issue. Compared to the cost of a 700 cc Grizzly, the price for DINLI is actually 2 times lower, while in all other respects the ATVs are quite comparable. To be frank. then at this price this is a more than decent ATV. With regard to Taiwanese origin, one thing can be said - this is an exclusively subjective factor. Some are not so famous. like a Japanese, genes can confuse, but some people don’t care about them, they are primarily interested in driving abilities and only then in the nameplate on the false radiator grille. But the citizenship of a brand currently says nothing about its origin.
Incomparable among equals
It was possible to find an equal competitor to the “utilitarian” with a 700 cc engine among its relatives of Asian origin only in the Yamaha Grizzly 700 model range; among the closest competitors of Baltmotors, the most worthy rival was perhaps the AVM 500, but the difference of 200 cc was confusing. The algebra with the size of the herd under the hood was even more puzzling - 32 horses for the Chinese and 58 for the Russian-assembled Taiwanese. Taking into account the difference in price between the second and the first of literally thirty thousand, the insignificant overpayment for 26 additional forces tilted the judging clearly not in favor of the Chinese.
