An excellent device as a first motorcycle - I rode one myself for the first season last year. The engine is excellent - it pulls superbly from low to low, the engine itself steers well, is maneuverable and light. The only small negative for me is that my legs got tired on long trips - if it were 5 cm taller, it would have been just right, and for long trips it’s worth putting at least a small windshield on it. And don’t expect high speeds from it - it accelerates to 110 perfectly, then it becomes thoughtful. On the dam I accelerated to about 140 - it became completely uncomfortable - I had to strain my neck very much. Another small minus is that some spare parts are difficult to get (at least in Japanese catalogs the parts have identification numbers), and they are quite expensive.

I am the owner of this one. Liquid-cooled engine from Honda Stead. I weigh over 100, I’m about 190 tall, it’s okay to sit, the girl in number two doesn’t bother me either. Consumables, except for the air filter, are not in short supply, some from the truck are suitable, some from the steed. The motorbike is not powerful, but high-torque, wow, a motor from a chopper. I started with short trips around the area. Further more. I started commuting to work in the capital - about 70 km there and 70 km back. At the same time, the first season listened, looked closely, sniffed. There were no problems. When planning long trips, I bought a navigator. I connected it to the Nolan 103 helmet - its speakers can be built into the helmet. Very comfortably. I began to master not only the route from home to work and back, but also in other directions. There is no longer any fear that the device will fail. I decided to increase the driving distance - the route lay in Belarus and just in the summer. Since I wanted to go not as a savage, but as part of a group, I bought a 4-day tour to Belarus through one of the companies providing motorcycle travel. And as a result of this trip, I concluded that it is necessary to travel either with “single-capacity drivers” or with those who enjoy driving at speeds of up to 120 km/h. I didn’t want to and couldn’t go faster in a headwind - I have a windshield installed and in a headwind it works like a sail, reducing the speed of movement against the wind and when meeting oncoming trucks - the oncoming air flow hits mercilessly! My traveling companions were a Yamaha FJR1300, a BMW 1100GS, and a Honda CB400. All devices are more powerful and resourceful than mine. I was always an outsider and playing catch-up. And I got caught on one of the turns - I had to put my motorcycle down so that it wouldn’t get carried away into a ditch. There are three more conclusions from this: arches are very necessary, protection is very necessary. You need to drive without trying to squeeze out of the VRX400 driving and acceleration modes that are not typical for it. Racing on Niva for Ferrari is pointless and unnecessary. Each of them has its own roads, its own modes and its own purpose. VRX is a very convenient, reliable, friendly device. I easily drove it 700 km a day. And this is probably the most beautiful motorcycle for those who love pure classics. He cannot leave indifferent either the border guard, or the gas station attendant, or the machine operator in the village, or the traffic police inspector.

And it captivated me with its character, convenience and... low maximum speed. Well, I don’t want to drive at speeds above 120 km/h. I want to see nature, cities, villages, people, not a narrow strip of road. And at high speeds, only it is visible. While waiting for the season, I saw him in a dream. And either I want to see him, or he wants to see me. This season he is wintering in his brother’s cold garage - it just so happened... I didn’t have time to get him to a warm garage before the icy conditions hit. So I dreamed about him one morning. “Told” me that I forgot to drain the antifreeze.
